Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Properly carry out the heat checking and breeding protocol
Assist in animal movement and placement to ensure proper animal handling goals are met and sows/gilts are penned appropriately
Make seasonally appropriate adjustments to ventilation, bedding, and sprinklers
Maintenance and cleaning of waters,
As requested, ensure maintenance of manure scraper chains, feeder lines, feeders, waterers, gates, curtains
Any other duties as assigned, requested, or directed by management/supervisor
Minimum Education
Minimum of High School diploma
Must possess a valid driver’s license

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures timely and accurate delivery according to dispatcher scheduling.
Performs a pre-trip truck inspection according to a DOT sheet, reporting any deficiencies to proper fleet mechanics.
Ensures accurate recordkeeping of fuel purchases, trip tickets, daily logs and time sheets.
Minimum Education and Experience
High School or equivalent.
Class B Commercial driver's license.
2+ years commercial driving.
Reading, writing skills.

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Read, interpret and understand manufacturers' equipment manuals, preventative (PM) task sheets and safety policies.
Perform equipment adjustments and repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
Perform specific duties during both production and non-production hours in a timely manner with OSHA Lockout/Tagout and Company safety regulations.
Monitor performance of equipment and informs maintenance and production supervisors of potential problems.
Maintain logbooks by applying math skills through the equipment PM stages to calibrate machinery to performance standards.
Minimum Education and Experience
High School or equivalent.
2 - 4 years of experience.
Reading, writing and analytical skills are required.
Must always have personal tools and be able to use and operate hand tools and industrial shop equipment.
